How we label AI-generated advertising and creative media, and how to report a problem with it.

Disclosure
What We Label
Skill Life LLC publishes some advertising and marketing media that is generated by machine learning models rather than filmed or drawn by a person. Every such video or image we publish carries a clear disclosure that it is AI-generated.
The disclosure appears on the media itself or in the copy published alongside it, wherever the platform allows. If you have seen media from us that appears machine-generated and carries no disclosure, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.
- AI-generated video advertising carries an on-screen or in-caption disclosure.
- AI-generated still images carry a caption disclosure.
- Product screenshots, recorded demos, and photographs of real hardware are not AI-generated and are not labeled as such.
Reporting
Report AI-Generated Media
Email support@remotecomp.app with "AI media report" in the subject line. Anyone may report; you do not need an account, and you do not need to be a customer.
Tell us where you saw the media and what the problem is. A link, a screenshot, or the ad's platform and approximate date is enough for us to find it. You do not need to identify yourself, though an address we can reply to helps us tell you what we did.
- Missing or unclear AI-generated disclosure.
- Media that depicts a real, identifiable person without authorization.
- Media that infringes a copyright, trademark, or other right you hold.
- Media that is deceptive, unsafe, or otherwise violating.
Response
What Happens After You Report
Acknowledgement
We acknowledge reports that include a reply address within three business days.
Triage
We locate the media, check it against our disclosure and content rules, and decide whether it violates them.
Action
A confirmed violation is withdrawn. Where the media was generated from a model whose licence we hold, we also stop further generation until the cause is fixed.
Reply
If you gave us a reply address, we tell you what we found and what we did.
