Manage billing without hunting for the right doorway.

Use this page for web subscription management, cancellation, receipts, renewal questions, refund requests, and purchase troubleshooting. The same page also points Apple purchasers to the correct account settings.

Current public plans

Monthly
Price shown in checkout; renews monthly until canceled.
Yearly
Price shown in checkout; renews yearly until canceled. Any savings claim must be shown by the active checkout offer.
Lifetime
One-time web purchase price shown in checkout. Does not renew.
Cancellation
Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Access generally continues through the paid period.
Merchant
Skill Life LLC is the merchant of record for web subscriptions unless checkout states otherwise.

Web billing portal

Manage or cancel web billing

Sign in with the account used for web checkout, then open the billing portal from Account. Receipt links from Stripe remain valid for subscription management.
  • Use the web billing portal if your purchase was made through Stripe Checkout.
  • Use the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt if you have one.
  • For Apple purchases, cancel through Apple account subscription settings.
  • If self-service does not locate the subscription, email support@remotecomp.app with the receipt, transaction ID, checkout session ID, invoice ID, or subscription ID.
